Cover Supervisors & Supply Teachers Required

Secondary schools across Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas are seeking Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day and short-term classroom cover.

About the Role
Depending on your background and experience, duties may include:
* Delivering set work and following lesson plans provided by the school
* Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
* Ensuring students stay focused and engaged in their learning
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Working across a range of secondary year groups and settings
For day-to-day supply, no lesson planning is required.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is well suited to:
* Qualified teachers (QTS or equivalent)
* Graduates with an interest in teaching
* Individuals with experience supporting or supervising young people
* Confident, approachable individuals comfortable leading a class
* Those seeking variety and flexibility in their work
Having access to a vehicle can be helpful but is not essential.
