We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Lost & Found in (LOCATION).

Our creative mixologists craft beautiful infused spirits and cocktails, while our menu features seasonal produce cooked to perfection.
Role Overview: As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen, including online ordering, stock control, portion and wastage management, food safety, hygiene, and team development.

What We Are Looking For:
* Experience as a Sous Chef or similar in a fresh food kitchen
* Understanding of GP’s, labor budgets, and stock management
* Ability to motivate and develop the kitchen team
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and company standards
* Passion for delivering high-quality dishes
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
