Distributing a large product range of leading brands and 25 years of expert hydraulic engineering experience the business expertise and prospective growth knows no bounds
The purpose of the position is to represent the company with the vision of organically developing profitable sales within your territory. On occasion you may be asked to join visits in other regions, supporting your colleagues and making essential introductions.
Achieving new growth and maintaining customer relationships and sales will be your number one priority. Therefore, the successful candidate will be a driven, customer focused and self-motivated individual ready to join a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage an agreed list of customers and take full ownership for customer relationships at every level.
2. Create effective account action plans to achieve sales, revenue, product mix and profit targets.
3. Develop and build relationships and credibility with customers
4. Source and identify new project prospects
5. Responsible for after sales and service work, including site surveys
6. Respond to incoming customer enquiries
7. Produce customer proposals and assist customers with system design and specification
8. Convert proposals and specifications to order
9. Liaise closely with production and the factory to ensure product delivery is on schedule
10. Setting personal goals to achieve the Companys expectations.

11. Current sales experience, selling a technical product
12. Articulate, intelligent and professional
13. Excellent organisational skills
14. Strong relationship building skills
15. Commercially aware
16. Driving licence
