Description Adult Learning Tutor – Health and Social Care | 8959 | Permanent Contract | 22.2 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum pro rata (Scale H) | County Hall, Norwich Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the Care sector? We are looking for a dedicated, permanent Health and Social Care Tutor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver both qualification and non-qualification courses, as well as provide training to apprentices. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and deliver engaging course content for Care programmes, from non-accredited courses to qualifications and apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5, across Norfolk. Utilise your excellent teaching and mentoring skills to contribute to our tailored learning programmes throughout the county. Support learners and apprentices in achieving their aspirations with your advanced teaching abilities. Qualifications and Skills: Hold or be working towards a Level 4 Teaching qualification. Demonstrate a proactive approach to ongoing development and quality assurance. Internal quality assurance qualifications are desirable but not essential. Why Join Us?
