With a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and excellence, they pride themselves on their commitment to protecting lives and property through superior workmanship.Responsibilities:Support Heads of Service, Contracts Managers, and Supervisors in all aspects of SHE managementDrive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental processes and proceduresLead SHE initiatives that enhance business culture and operational standardsReview, update, and improve health and safety documentation and paperworkProvide advice and guidance on CDM regulations and complianceInfluence and monitor SHE KPIs across the Group and DivisionsAssess operational teams' training and qualification requirementsDeliver internal SHE training sessions and toolbox talksConduct site audits and office inspections, ensuring actions are completed and improvements madeAttend monthly and pre-start meetings to provide SHE input and guidanceOffer expert advice, mentoring, and coaching to operational teamsCarry out accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and reportingPrepare monthly SHE reports for the Head of SHEQCommit to continuous personal and professional developmentExperience:Experience supporting the development of on-site documentationProven track record in conducting incident investigationsSkilled in training, coaching, and mentoring operational teamsStrong understanding of SHE processes, procedures, and legislationPrevious experience within the construction industryKnowledge of asbestos managementFamiliarity with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards - desirableQualifications:NEBOSH Construction CertificateNEBOSH Environmental Certificate or equivalentCSCS cardPTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector)TPBN1_UKTJ
