This role spans the full project lifecycle, from requirements capture to system verification and integration. Key Responsibilities: * Act as engineering lead for multidisciplinary projects involving optical, electro-optical, or laser technologies (e.g., LRF, target designation). * Capture stakeholder requirements and develop system and sub-system specifications. * Manage interfaces, technical risks, and opportunities throughout the design phase. * Contribute to bid preparation, technical documentation, and customer meetings. * Plan and execute verification and validation testing. * Support integration of products in development and undertake customer visits as required.
