Family Solicitor – Full or Part-Time – Shrewsbury

The Role:
A leading legal practice is seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor to join its busy Shrewsbury office. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across all areas of family law, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements
* Private law children matters
This position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own caseload of Family Law matters independently
* Providing expert advice on divorce, finance and private children cases
* Drafting legal documentation and submissions in line with current legislation and SRA regulations
* Delivering outstanding client care and building strong client relationships
* Engaging in business development and marketing to grow the department’s profile
* Using case management systems effectively to ensure compliance and efficiency
Your Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years PQE in Family Law
* Strong knowledge and experience of divorce, finance and private children work
* Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proactive, self-motivated and committed to professional development
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive salary between £40,000 – £50,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
