We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our talented VolkerFitzpatrick HR team. Reporting to an HR Manager, you will be core in supporting our managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters in accordance with legislation and best practice.
Please note that this is a site based role in Hoddesdon (office based role with some travel) and is a 12-month fixed term contract.
1. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR best practices aligned with business requirements
2. Provide advice for general queries on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees in an accurate and timely manner
3. Support and manage employee relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases - ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes
