Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and customer focused Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Recruitment Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering recruitment solutions, and working in a fast paced environment. The Role As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships while delivering effective recruitment support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and coordinating recruitment activity to ensure workforce requirements are met. A successful Recruitment Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. This is a full time, office based role working08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with existing client accounts Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery Coordinate recruitment activity to meet client workforce requirements Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth Attend client meetings and site visits where required Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams About You We are looking for a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working with clients and delivering results. The ideal Recruitment Account Manager will be confident managing relationships, solving problems, and ensuring a high level of service.
