Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible serving practices are upheld.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Keep accurate records of drink orders and manage inventory effectively.
* Demonstrate basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
