About the Role: As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, you will: Lead the development and implementation of the school’s inclusion strategy. Provide strategic leadership for SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and evaluate inclusion strategies. Drive professional development for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
