Implementation Consultant (Remote) at Intelex Technologies

Overview
As a Consultant, you will be considered a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle. You will deliver solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, handling projects with varying scope and complexity. You will collaborate with customers across industries, lead efforts to capture, document, and configure requirements, conduct testing, training, and support go-live activities, and achieve targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and utilization.
Responsibilities
* Serve the customer as a trusted advisor throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle, articulating the impact of solution design, and adhering to scope, budget, and schedule.
* Manage customer and internal project team relationships, ensuring all parties are up to date on project status.
* Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops to gather requirements and review configuration, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
* Offer solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments, ensuring understanding of customer goals.
* Contribute to change orders, providing estimations and recommendations to navigate scope, budget, and timeline changes.
* Perform solution testing and coordinate with QA and the customer during User Acceptance Testing.
* Develop and deliver onsite or remote customer-specific training programs during implementations.
* Assist Support teams with resolution of customer configuration defects.
* Travel infrequently (up to 20%) to customer sites.

* This role sits in our Professional Services organization, within the Consulting Function, reporting to the Manager, Consulting.
* You will have access to the global services community for support, including peers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience for SaaS solutions.
* Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML) to format structure and layout of SaaS software.
* Strong understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery targets.
* Proven ability to analyze complex enterprise challenges and deliver practical solutions.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
* Experience managing mid-market and enterprise projects with ambitious deadlines in dynamic environments.
* Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences, including technical and leadership stakeholders.
* Ability to identify obstacles, troubleshoot, and seek support when needed.
* Strong ability to engage with customers to uncover core needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Consultative approach with a focus on outcomes and customer success.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to simplify processes and deliver user-friendly solutions.
Onboarding and Year One Milestones
* Within 1 month: participate in corporate onboarding, departmental onboarding, work with an onboarding mentor, and meet the team.
* Within 2 months: complete key departmental onboarding, start a project with team support, take on additional customer-facing work.
* Within 4 months: fully ramp with role-specific metrics, expand knowledge of Intelex components, and take on more responsibilities.
* Within 1 year: manage four or more concurrent projects and deliver sustainment services for customer enhancements; become an onboarding mentor and achieve positive customer feedback.
