Role Overview
You will serve as a technical expert within our Home Claims team, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues seeking advice, support, and coaching on claims.
Responsibilities
1. Support the development of the Home Claims team by reviewing outcomes/KPI's and supporting technical improvements.
2. Maintain and deliver technical training content for the department as a subject matter expert.
3. Conduct training and coaching needs analysis using our operational framework.
4. Identify and track technical needs and themes across the team.
5. Perform regular audits to ensure high accuracy and compliance with procedures.
6. Act as the referral and escalation point for technical queries from colleagues and suppliers.
Essential Skills
* Thorough technical knowledge of Household, Property, and Home Claims.
* Experience in coaching team members, understanding coaching models, and implementing technical training aligned with regulatory standards and company principles.
* Excellent attention to detail with a systematic, strategic approach to workload management.
