Executive Centre Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 30 days + public holidays
Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week (may include some evening/weekend work)
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to Executive Centre clients, ensuring efficient course delivery.
Manage day-to-day operations and administrative tasks, maintaining high-quality and profitable service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable learning programmes
Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform course development.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and grow the department.
Contribute to the development of high-quality academic programmes, aligning with industry demands and client needs.
Evaluate course delivery and student progress, implementing adjustments as needed.
Line manage the Executive Centre Administrator.
Requirements:
First Degree
TEFL Qualification (CELTA or Trinity Cert) or demonstrable experience in adult education
Experience in ELT and Business/Professional English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong people management and time management abilities
Flexibility to work as part of a team and independently
Commercial awareness and customer focus
Proficiency in IT, including database management and Excel
Warm, friendly demeanour with openness to change and innovation
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Level 7 qualification or equivalent in TESOL
Experience managing experienced ELT professionals.
Specialisation in teaching business English
Experience in client-focused, needs-driven businesses
Knowledge of online teaching platforms
