Sheridan Maine are pleased to be partnering with a long standing firm in Basingstoke who are currently seeking a Legal Cashier to join their team!As Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for a range of duties including;
* Ensuring accurate financial transactions are recorded
* Performing daily bank reconciliations
* Processing supplier payments
* Taking payments and allocating to client accounts
* Preparing and sending out cheques
* Dealing with payment and invoice queries
* Undertaking account reconciliations
* Assisting with month end duties and reporting
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Prior experience working as a legal cashier
* Competent IT skills
* Good communication skills both written and verbally
* Highly organised approach to work
* The ability to meet deadlines
