Experience, Skills, and Abilities
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective verbal communication.
* Attention to detail to accurately record guest information, manage reservations, and fulfill special requests.
* Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu items, service procedures, and safety protocols.
* Professionalism and integrity, always maintaining confidentiality and upholding hotel and restaurant standards.
* Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.
