Enterprise Account Director

Salary: Up to £85,000 Base

OTE: £200,000+ Year 1 on £450,000 GP

Genuine opportunity to earn north of £400,0000 year 2 and beyond

Location: UK-wide (Hybrid – 1 day per month onsite)


I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s largest and most successful technology VARs, supporting them with the hire of an Enterprise Account Director to join their high-performing commercial team.


This organisation has built an exceptional reputation across the UK market, working with enterprise customers to deliver complex, high-value transformation programmes across multiple technology domains.

If you’re an experienced enterprise seller who thrives on building long-term client relationships and delivering strategic technology solutions, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with strong brand recognition, vendor partnerships, and exceptional earning potential.


The Role

As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth across large enterprise customers, working consultatively to deliver value-led technology solutions.

Typical deal sizes range from £100K – £1M+, with a strong mix of services and solutions.

You’ll sell across a broad portfolio, including:


-Cloud

-Cyber Security

-Modern Workplace

-AI & Automation

-Data & Analytics


You’ll be supported by industry-leading pre-sales teams, strong vendor partnerships, and a highly capable delivery function, enabling you to focus on building strategic relationships and winning large deals.

What They’re Looking For

✔ Proven enterprise sales experience within a VAR / IT solutions provider

✔ Track record of selling complex solutions and services

✔ Experience selling across areas such as Cloud, Security, AI, Data, or Digital Transformation

✔ Strong C-level engagement skills

✔ Demonstrable revenue and GP performance
