The Role
As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering outstanding service. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success is rewarded with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and win new client opportunities through proactive sales and networking.
* Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.
* Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
* Screening & Interviews: Assess candidate suitability and manage the interview process.
* Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company standards.
What my client is looking for
* Proven experience as a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who has had success within your speciaslist sector ie Catering/Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Engineering and building and developing your desk to its full potential
* Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to winning new clients.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Resilience, ambition, and a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
