We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Supervised Contact Worker, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Hours per week: 21.00
Rate of Pay: £13.90 - £18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Supervise contact sessions and ensure a safe, supportive environment
* Accurately record and report factual observations
* Identify both strengths and risks during contact
* Intervene where necessary to reduce harm or risk of abuse
* Use MS Office and internal databases to maintain accurate records
Requirements:
* Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
* Good understanding of child development and family dynamics
* Awareness of safeguarding, abuse, and risk assessment
* Confident with MS Office and data systems
* Ability to work independently and manage sensitive situations professionally
* Weekend availability is essential

* You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.

* This role requires a Basic DBS
