The Role:
We are seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Chair and Board of Trustees, the CEO will lead the charitys operations, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement strategic plans in collaboration with Trustees.
* Oversee operations, finances, and impact measurement.
* Represent the charity across media and public forums.
* Drive fundraising and income generation strategies.
* Build partnerships with government, funders, and community organisations.
