Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Services Team in Southampton as they are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Adult Services OT & Specialist Assessment Team. You'll assess adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments and learning disabilities, coordinating interventions that promote safety, independence and wellbeing.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Complete OT assessments and plan/review equipment & adaptation needs
* Support adults, carers and families with clear, person‑centred recommendations
* Work closely with multi‑agency partners to coordinate resources
* Contribute to safeguarding and risk management
* Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely interventions
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist
* Strong experience in adult social care or community OT
* Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
* Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
* Confident, proactive and person‑centred approach
