About the Role:
As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally people-oriented, confident, and motivated by delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll be supporting recruitment efforts across international yacht crew placements, working closely with both clients and candidates, while also playing a part in brand presence through social media and occasional marketing input.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment where quality and discretion matter.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and engaging high calibre candidates for unique, often international roles through headhunting, networking, and targeted search strategies.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a highly personalised and professional experience.
* Writing compelling job adverts and managing the recruitment process end to end, from initial briefing through to offer and placement.
* Supporting content creation and social media to enhance the brand and strengthen the company’s presence within the luxury staffing market.
* Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for highly personalised client requirements.
* Coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer stages while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
* Maintaining accurate candidate records and managing talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting client development where appropriate.
* Working autonomously while contributing to a small, dynamic team, sharing insights and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
