Join a leading global security systems solutions company as a Logistics & Sales Support Coordinator, supporting smooth operations across the UK and overseas. The Role: • Manage daily shipping for EU & UK, including invoicing, POD management • Handle RMA, warranty registration, and DEMO stock tracking • Monitor inventory, resolve stock discrepancies, and update order forecasts. • Communicate with sales teams and customers on ETA, delays, and order fulfilment. • Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce), and upload discontinued or replacement items • Prepare weekly PSI reports, monthly stock and shipping reports, and shareholder-facing reports • Support sales forecasts and ensure accurate data reflection across systems (e.g. SAGE) Candidate Profile: • Over 2~3 years of experience in this job • Efficient task prioritization • Strong time management skills • Experience with inventory systems, ERP / SAGE / CRM tools • Good communication • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics/sales environment.
