We’re still at the start of our journey, and we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager with a passion for social commerce to join our growing team, to help drive the next phase of growth and play a crucial role in the story of one of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands.
Role Overview:
You will have overall responsibility for planning, launching, and optimising our TikTok Shop presence, and ultimately our performance on the platform. You will work closely with our marketing, influencer, and paid teams to ensure seamless campaign execution while using data to drive growth and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the TikTok shop ecosystem before, and has a deep understanding of the platform, beauty consumer behaviour, and the wider ecommerce space. This is a new role for UKLASH, offering a significant opportunity for the right person to impact the business's trajectory and their own career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Strategy: Develop and refine strategies to drive traffic, sales, and engagement, including promotional activities, content, advertising, affiliate seeding, and TikTok live sessions. Expand UKLASH into international markets. Track performance metrics, adapt tactics based on data insights, and report regularly.
2. Influencer & Affiliate Management: Build and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, creating an engaged community through collaborations. Manage 1,000+ new affiliate creators monthly, ensuring quality and engagement. Foster ongoing performance among top creators.
3. Shop Management: Set up and optimise product listings, bundles, and promotions on TikTok Shop both in the UK and internationally. Work with the CGO to ensure profitability and long-term growth. Ensure compliance with TikTok guidelines and optimize fulfillment, shipping, and customer communication processes.
4. Content Creation: Collaborate with creators and internal teams to produce engaging content that drives sales. Participate in live streams to promote products.
5. Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor sales, conversion rates, and campaign metrics. Analyse ROI, product performance, and customer feedback to optimise listings, targeting, and content strategies.
Specific Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI optimisation.
* At least 2 years of direct experience with TikTok Shop, either in-house, at an agency, or at TikTok.
* Proven experience in creating and scaling affiliate campaigns within TikTok Shop, managing large creator networks.
* Ability to interpret large data volumes into actionable insights.
* Content creation skills: shooting, editing, and optimizing videos using TikTok and third-party tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
* Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and platform partners.
* Understanding of market dynamics and strategies for international audiences.
* Interest and experience in AI applications to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Beneficial Skills:
* Experience with other marketplaces like Amazon.
* Comfortable on camera for live streams and content creation.
* Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
