This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in homecare or residential care who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding care to vulnerable people within the community.The RoleAs a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services. You will manage new care packages, liaise with local authorities and healthcare professionals, support care staff, and ensure service users receive the highest standard of care.This is a varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and making a real difference.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinating new and existing homecare packagesLiaising with families, local authorities, social workers, and NHS discharge teamsConducting assessments and creating care plansMonitoring and reviewing care packagesSupporting, training, and supervising care staffMaintaining compliance with CQC standards and company policiesPerforming spot checks and quality monitoringManaging the homecare mailbox and package reviewsParticipating in the on-call rotaWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year's experience within Homecare or a Care Home settingStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExperience using care systems/software (Birdie experience advantageous)Professional, calm, and proactive approachGood IT skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelFlexible and team-oriented attitudeWhat's On Offer?
