About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO consultant to join our growing team. As a Senior SEO Consultant, you will develop and execute SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients, working closely with clients to translate business goals into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and off-site SEO.
* Conduct in-depth website audits and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyse client performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Client Management & Delivery
* Manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and lead client meetings.
* Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
* Deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
* Monitor and validate client’s implementation of our recommendations.
Analysis & Reporting
* Analyse client performance data, track key metrics, and attribute results to SEO efforts.
* Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate campaign progress and ROI to clients.
About You / Requirements
* At least 3 years of SEO experience with a strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Semrush).
* Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic; has a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
* Experience with digital PR and content marketing; understanding of website development and HTML/CSS.
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools; active involvement in the SEO community.
* Four-day work week (in addition to annual leave and bank holidays) and realistic resourcing; flexible working hours (start between 8 and 10 am, Mon-Fri).
* Office based in Brighton & Hove, a 5-minute walk from the beach; hybrid: 3 days in the office, 1 day WFH.
* Remote working up to 8 days per year; regular team social events.
