3t | Training Services (UK) is recruiting a Contracts Manager to join our legal team on a permanent full‑time contract based in the UK.
As a key member of the legal function, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all customer contracts, subcontracts and the resolution of contractual issues in line with 3t policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Own the 3t customer contracting process across all service lines.
* Review and assess liabilities and key contract issues in customer contracts or subcontracts, providing expert advice to senior leadership and assisting in negotiation of terms and conditions.
* Generate contract reports on a regular and ad‑hoc basis to monitor active, expiring contracts, escalation opportunities, contract owner assignment and other data.
* Manage and administer contract‑related records in the relevant databases, maintain contract files and ensure accurate contract database data.
* Promote, participate in and conduct new learnings and workflow improvements, workshops related to contracting standards, processes, reviews, and function training and development initiatives.
* Responsible for onboarding and KYC/AML for all customer and business partners.

The role can be based at any of our main offices (Aberdeen, Bournemouth, Manchester or Newcastle) with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent. Pay: £55,000 per year.
