You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. How you will contribute You will support the delivery of the EJ Validation Master Plan (EJVMP), as agreed in consultation Validation Lead covering: Computer Systems; Cleaning; Equipment; Facilities; Utilities; Processing; Transportation & Analytical. Along with this, you will work with all functions of the business to ensure that EJ validation plans meet the requirements of regulations & are delivered in accordance with the agreed validation schedule. You will also be required to maintain a good working knowledge of the MHRA (Orange Guide) validation requirements & work with the validation lead to proactively implement any new guidelines or regulatory requirement changes You will maintain validation documentation such that they are up to date & available for audit at all times as well as completing schedule validation and escalating any issues to the validation lead for further investigation and resolution. You will work with the validation lead to actively participate in the development, implementation, review & continued improvement of Quality Systems through the identification of observed or potential issues, or potential systems improvements, so that the business benefits from continued improvement.
