This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology whilst making a tangible difference to patient oues in life-changing neurosurgical procedures.The RoleAs a Neurosurgery Sales Specialist, you'll manage relationships across key NHS neurosurgery centres in the Northwest. You'll be theatre-based daily, working alongside consultants, theatre managers and procurement teams to support the full neurosurgery product portfolio – from aneurysm clips and endoscopes to dural substitutes and instruments.Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily theatre presence supporting surgical procedures
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with neurosurgeons across 5 centres
3. Account management across consultants, theatre staff and procurement
4. Achieving territory sales targets through strategic account development
5. Product training and clinical support
6. Accurate opportunity tracking via Salesforce

The Ideal CandidateEssential:
12. Sales experience in theatre environments (spine, orthopaedic or similar clinical settings)
13. Proven track record selling technical products at all levels
14. Understanding of NHS and private hospital buying processes
15. Strong relationship-building skills – exceptional ability to work with consultants
16. Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
17. Resilient character who doesn't give up and always finds solutions.
18. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally/internationally
