Title: Procurement Manager
Sector: Housing / Public Sector
Location: Birmingham / Hybrid
Salary & Package: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + 25 days holiday (increasing to 30) + private healthcare + an additional strong benefits package!

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end procurement activities
* Manage framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards and DPS tenders
* Ensure contracts are compliant and meet specific needs of members and the public contract regualtions
* Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
* Manage stakeholder relationships
* Work with the Head of Procurement on new frameworks, mini-competitions, and direct contract awards
Experience & Requirements
* Experience with end-to-end procurement
* Knowledge relating to DPS, e-procurement platforms and frameworks
* Experience working with public sector regualtions (PCR 2015/Procurement Act)
* A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and can manage multiple priorities at once
