Semh teaching assistant – secondary school – mile end – september start

We are working with a structured secondary school in Mile End, Tower Hamlets looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant who can handle challenge without escalating situations. The school needs someone who can stay calm when pupils test boundaries. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year. You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines. The school is looking for someone who can build trust, manage behaviour professionally and work alongside experienced staff.
