Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of an established company in Ipswich who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Raising sales invoices and credit notes accurately and within deadlines
* Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
* Processing weekly and monthly payment runs
* Daily banking / bank reconciliation
* Sending customer statements and overdue payment reminders
* Maintaining funding software and customer database accuracy
* Any other ADHOC administrative duties as business requires
Skills & Experience Required:
* Prior experience in a sales ledger or accounts administration role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Accounting experience / qualifications are preferred but not essential
* Must have a good working MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* A professional and positive approach with a willingness to learn
