We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a thriving manufacturing company in Poole.
Working within a friendly team of three, you will manage approximately 20 longstanding customer accounts and oversee their ongoing and new projects.
This busy role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing quotations, processing orders, liaising with other departments, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Providing quotations
* Loading sales orders into the system
* Coordinating with manufacturing, purchasing, and other departments to establish updates and timelines
* Responding to customer inquiries about stock, progress, and pricing
* Representing the company at tradeshows and liaising with other businesses and potential customers
* General office administration, including updating internal databases
The primary focus of this role is to build and sustain relationships with your assigned customers, keep them informed about their projects, and accurately process orders.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
* Previous experience in customer service or account management
* Experience managing your own customer accounts

* Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
