A leading provider of IT services and solutions are currently looking for an SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Bristol.
The client site is a Security Cleared environment, so the successful candidate must hold a current SC clearance.
With responsibility for build and deployment of new and legacy Win 10 devices, Backup and restore the user’s data Win10 skills following the deployment script. Troubleshoot any issues. Escalate if not able to resolve reporting to deployment manager.
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you’ll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.

Please note that due to the urgency of this role, preference will be given to candidates that are currently SC-cleared. Candidates that are willing to undergo the security clearance process will be considered. However, SC clearance is an essential requirement for this role.
