The Role
We’re looking for a Mobile Building Services Engineer – Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ambition and drive to progress their career and become one of our NICEIC Qualifying Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across a varied portfolio of commercial sites.
* Ensure compliance with MEP schedules and standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical service issues.
* Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure smooth operation of building services.
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills
* Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition
* 2391-52 Test & Inspection or equivalent
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong electrical engineering background in maintenance, repair, and installation
* Basic plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive, can-do attitude
