Lettings Administrator Location: Montgomery House, Demesne Road, M16 8PH Hours: Part-Time, 3 days a week, 24 hours a week We’re looking for a highly organised Lettings Administrator to be the bridge between our Lettings and Accounts teams as well as providing assistance in the general letting of rooms when required. You’ll keep lettings finances accurate, ensure legal compliance, and provide great service to landlords and tenants. What you’ll do: • Record rents, fees, deposits, and expenses on our letting’s software. • Lodge deposits with the DPS and process returns/disputes. • Create and send landlord invoices with detailed expense breakdowns. • Process and check supplier invoices before passing to Accounts. • Chase rent arrears following company procedures. • Keep accurate records of all financial transactions. • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams. What we’re looking for: • Experience in lettings/property admin (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines. • Clear and professional communication skills.
