What you will be doing:
This is a hands-on IT Project Manager role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of technology initiatives, with a major focus on delivering a business-critical ERP upgrade (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred).
You’ll be trusted to shape how IT projects are delivered across the business — working closely with warehouse, transport, finance, sales, and purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and systems projects across the business
* Own the ERP upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption to wholesale operations
* Translate operational business needs into clear technical requirements
* Work closely with warehouse, transport, finance, sales, and purchasing teams
* Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and reporting
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering IT projects in multi-system environments
* ERP upgrade experience (Dynamics / Business Central highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery
* Confident stakeholder management and clear communication style
* Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal IT infrastructure in place
