This well-respected, private equity-backed, regional accountancy practice has big plans to build on its previous success, driven by like-minded practice professionals. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide payroll services to a portfolio of clients of varying size and complexity
* Process payrolls weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually as directed
* Manage starters and leavers, statutory payments, RTI submissions, pension deductions, etc.
* Set up and cease PAYE schemes with HMRC as needed
* Act as primary contact with HMRC for PAYE matters
* Calculate auto-enrolment pension deductions and ensure compliance
* Upload pension contributions and starter details to pension portals
Are you the right fit?
* Educated to A Level or equivalent
* Strong IT skills with quick adaptability to new software
* Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks
* Effective prioritization skills and flexible working approach
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
