The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple divisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support across divisions
* Coordinating domestic and international travel, including accommodation and expense processing
* Managing travel arrangements for international visitors
* Organising training sessions, conferences, and internal events
* Supporting with the meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
* Maintaining and managing senior management diaries
* Organising internal and external meetings, as well as team-building events
* Updating records to ensure accurate and managing the database
* Raising purchase orders, processing of invoices, and managing supplier records
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Managing expenses
* Arranging meeting room bookings
* Managing subscriptions and renewals
* General administrative support as required
Key skills
* Previous administrative experience within a global corporate environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask
* Strong communication skills
