Your Impact:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Precision in Action: Execute meticulous reviews of deal folders, working closely with business managers to secure accurate documentation.
* Technological Prowess: Upload and manage deal files within our dealership CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
* Administrative Mastery: Handle various administrative tasks, from printing dealer reports to registering warranties, contributing to operational efficiency.
* Collaborative Spirit: Assist in reconciling spreadsheets, address inquiries from the accounting department, dealership staff, and warranty partners, fostering cooperation.
