SALARY: Up to GBP 80,000 DOE
OVERVIEW:
- Advise on a broad range of high value and complex commercial property matters.
- Deliver commercially focused, solutions oriented advice.
- Work across all aspects of commercial property law, including: Acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, estate and asset management, commercial and residential development, planning and infrastructure, finance and distressed market matters, debt restructuring, construction, holding and funding structures, property tax, and property litigation.
- Opportunity to work closely with high quality clients.
- Develop expertise across a wide spectrum of real estate work.
- Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property.
- Strong technical expertise in commercial property law.
