Are you a Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar with a background calibrating Electrical test equipment, looking for a unique opportunity to be fully trained to become a Calibration Manager?

In this role you will be running a small team within an calibration laboratory. You will be training in the managerial responsibilities of running a lab, UKAS standards and audit awareness. This role will be challenging, but immensely rewarding, an exciting opportunity for someone motivated to progress in a forward-thinking business.
This company division are small, but ever expanding. With exciting plans to increase market share, they're looking to train you to become a Manager. All they need is someone dedicated and up for the challenge.
This role would suit a Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar looking for expert management training, enabling career progression and a profit share bonus.
The Role:
* Full responsibility over the day-to-day running of a small calibration team
* Training on how to Manage, report and audit awareness
* Calibrating electrical test equipment
* Further training on pressure, temperature and environmental instrumentation
* Monday - Friday, limited overtime
The Person:
* Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar
* Previously worked in an accredited lab
* Looking to step into Management
