💼 Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits

🔧 About the Role
As Property Administrator, you'll take responsibility for managing maintenance issues, coordinating compliance tasks, and supporting tenancy administration for a designated portfolio of properties. You'll be a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors-ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and repair queries
Coordinating contractors and scheduling works
Raising work orders, obtaining quotes, and tracking progress
Managing property compliance tasks and routine checks
Drafting tenancy documents and maintaining property records
Handling utility contracts and internal recharges
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
Processing invoices and ensuring reporting accuracy
✅ What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential lettings or property management
ARLA and/or IOSH qualifications preferred (or willingness to work toward them)
Strong understanding of property maintenance and repairs
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Process-driven and comfortable managing a busy workload
Confident using MS Office and property management systems
Full UK driving licence (essential)
