Centre of Enablement (CoE) Manager to lead a Data, Analytics & AI CoE, driving governance, prioritisation, adoption, and value realisation across a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead CoE operations, governance and performance
* Manage demand intake, prioritisation and portfolio oversight
* Drive benefits realisation, ROI tracking and reporting
* Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption initiatives
* Support workforce upskilling in Data & AI
* Foster innovation and oversee policies, standards and procedures
Essential Experience
* Experience leading a CoE/CoE function
* Background in Data, Analytics, AI or digital transformation
* Strong demand management and prioritisation experience
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record in value tracking and benefits realisation
Desirable
* Experience working with external delivery partners
* Knowledge of AI governance and risk
* Change management and adoption experience
