What you'll do
1. Collect and analyze data on salaries, benefits, and other reward-related information.
2. Develop reports and presentations on reward-related topics.
3. Project manage delivery of reward, benefit and OE projects
4. Develop communications approach to support reward and benefits
5. Support the implementation of reward policies and procedures. Assisting with the Annual Reward Review cycle
6. Completion of benchmark submissions
7. Data quality assessment of key data Job architecture
8. Tracking policy exceptions
Who you are
9. Good understanding of how UK organisation is structured and strategy
10. Understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team
11. University degree and/or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
12. Sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange complex information.

14. Strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail, highly numerate and accurate
15. Strong project management experience
16. Good written and verbal communicator
17. Able to build effective relationships
