What You’ll Be Doing: * Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher * Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment * Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion * Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety * Collecting completed work and reporting on the session * Being a positive role model students look up to ✅ What You’ll Need: * 6 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) * EWC registration (or willingness to register) * A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills * A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed Ready to Inspire?
