Join Our Team as a Field Care Manager – Buckingham/Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire
Salary: £27,000–£35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required for evenings/weekends) plus to be part of the on call rota (on rotation)
Location: Buckingham/Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire (Field-Based)
Reporting to: Senior Clinical Lead for Region

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and caring Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services across XX This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll be the key link between our clients, their families, and our care teams—ensuring care plans are tailored, compliant, and consistently excellent.
What You’ll Be Doing
Care Planning & Assessment
* Conduct client assessments and create personalised care plans
* Review and update care packages based on changing needs
* Work closely with operational teams to identify training and performance needs
* Conduct carer supervision and appraisals
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Ensure services meet CQC standards
* Conduct audits and maintain accurate documentation
* Build strong relationships with clients and families
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience in a supervisory or management role within health and social care
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel required across Buckingham/Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire)
