OVERVIEW
A respected law firm in the Southwest is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join its established Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a supportive and client-focused environment.
The firm has a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with its clients across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a full caseload of private client matters, including:
> Probate and estate administration
> Will drafting
> Inheritance tax planning
> Lasting Powers of Attorney
> Court of Protection applications
* Provide clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients, often at emotionally sensitive times.
* Maintain and build strong client relationships
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of the department.
ABOUT YOU
* 2 years experience dealing with private client matters.
* Confident in handling probate, wills, LPAs, and associated tax and estate planning work.
* Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is an advantage.
