About the Role As Assistant Accountant, you’ll support the month-end process and play an active part in preparing management information and reports, while maintaining a good understanding of the underlying transactional activity. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and journal postings. Producing and analysing financial reports, identifying key trends and variances. Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process. Preparing and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations. Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting and audit preparation. Providing cover and support for day-to-day transactional finance tasks (invoices, reconciliations, and payments) when required.About You AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA / CIMA.
