Partner Business Manager – IT Distribution (UK)

The Role

As a Partner Business Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners, developing long-term commercial relationships and delivering sustained revenue and margin growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive product adoption, increase share of wallet, and position the business as a critical distribution partner.

Key Responsibilities

6. Create and deliver structured partner account plans to exceed revenue and margin targets
7. Build and maintain senior, multi-threaded relationships across partner organisations
8. Drive product adoption and commercial growth within assigned accounts
9. Lead and deliver quarterly partner business reviews (QBRs)
10. Manage pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting
11. Work cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes
12. Introduce new products and lead go-to-market initiatives within partner accounts
13. Act as a senior escalation point to support deal optimisation and commercial negotiations

What We’re Looking For

Essential

14. Proven experience in partner management, account management, or channel sales
15. Track record of exceeding commercial targets
16. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
17. Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
18. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Advantageous

19. Background in IT distribution, technology sales, or vendor/channel ecosystems
20. Experience delivering QBRs and structured account planning
21. Exposure to complex or multi-vendor product portfolios
